We provide a web-based platform to assist rabbis, Hebrew teachers, students, and parents in organizing and tracking B'nai Mitzvah preparation. Features include curriculum management, progress tracking, Torah reading practice, attendance records, and parent-teacher communication tools.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and subscribe. Students under 18 may use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian who has accepted these Terms.

Rabbi and teacher accounts are created directly through our signup flow. Parent subscriptions are billed monthly and grant access for named student(s). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and access codes.

Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the cancellation page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at support@letsmitzvah.com.

You retain ownership of any content you upload (recordings, photos, curriculum materials). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell or share your content with third parties.

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) upload harmful, offensive, or unlawful content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts; (d) use automated tools to scrape or misuse the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
